Cancelation & Payment Policy:

• 50% deposit required at time of confirmed booking

• 5 day cancelation notice is needed for a full refund of deposit

• 50 percent deposit is required at confirmed booking

• Credit card will remain on file & balance due will be charged at time of pick up

• Daily rates are per calendar day and not pro-rated. Example: If you drop off on a Saturday and pick up on Sunday, then that is two calendar days stay.
